What Happens In a Session

Teams

The First Group Session is an information session about the 9 Core Types of the Enneagram with the entire team – laying the basis for their individual Typing Sessions.

Individual Typing Sessions follow, in which I work with each team member to determine their Core Enneagram Type.

In The Second Group Session we reveal the team’s types to each other and discuss how each Type tend to operate when they are in a Stressed phase, and what each Type tend to do when they are in an Optimal phase. We also discuss the best ways to Manage and Motivate each Core Type to create that thriving and fulfilling team that is within your reach.

Couples

The First Session is an individual Typing Session with the couple (separately), which means we explore the unconscious motivations behind habitual behaviours through conversation and filling in worksheets to discover which one of the 9 Core Types of the Enneagram each individual is. Once we’ve determined the partners’ Types, we can start delving deeper.

In The Second Session, we explore the couple’s Types in more depth – how do their Types operate at a low, average, or high level. What do their Types tend to do when in a Stressed phase, and what do their Types tend to do when in a Growth phase.

In The Third Session, I help the couple to recognise some destructive patterns and discuss options to break the cycle of unhealthy choices by exploring their Enneagram Wings and Subtypes, and how they can help ‘balance out’ each partner’s Type.

In Subsequent Sessions, I can help you incorporate the knowledge you have of your Types to deal with specific challenges you face as a couple – helping you to create that thriving and fulfilling relationship that’s within your reach.

Individuals
